Urine Testing

Is it common for people to cheat on a urine test? Is pee testing effective, moral, or violate freedoms?
I do not see why people are judged by the quality of their urine. It is unfair to people who perhaps like to use cannabis or other drugs and are as good or better workers as non users.
it’s common but not easy to cheat, the test is very effective, the test itself is neither moral or immoral, but the results can tell if you have been, and the test only violates your freedom if your urine test is positive for use and you’re currently on probation.
