Another drug hair follicle test question?

I read that cocaine is a break-down product of nicotine. Will that affect my Hair Follicle Drug Test if I have smoked cigarettes recently? I guess directly my question is…Will smoking cigarettes cause my hair follicle drug test to come back positive for cocaine since it is a similar break-down?

I don’t know where you read that but as far as i know cotinine is a break-down product of nicotine NOT cocaine. Nicotine and cocaine are derived from 2 different plants.
