Employee Drug Testing

If you report a Chase Bank employee for drug use will they get fired?
My boyfriend and I just broke up and I know for sure he is doing drugs. If I report him to the company will they conduct a random Drug Test? I know that Chase does reserve the right to drug test their employees. I want to make him pay and if this works it will be the perfect pay back. He is a cheating scum back. Plus nobody wants somebody under the influence handling their money!
drug use is an inherant part of the banking industry! and has always been overlooked if the employee makes the banks money!
i know your angry, but could there be a way of dealing with the anger, hurt and pain.

but i know its always better to not act from an angry place,
(ps don’t date bankers anymore, by their very nature they are scumbags!)
